Wagnon has assisted multinational corporations and regional organizations to achieve their business objectives by providing counsel in the areas of campaign strategy, governmental relations, crisis management, reputation management, media relations, coalition-building, and grassroots campaigning.
Wagnon is experienced in public affairs communications on behalf of companies and organizations engaged in telecommunications, agribusiness, energy production, defense contracting, timber and natural resource management, eldercare and healthcare, software design and marketing, chemical manufacturing and sales, forest products manufacture, and economic development.
Immediately before joining VOX, Wagnon was a member of the public affairs practice group at Fleishman-Hillard, St. Louis. Wagnon previously founded and led an Arkansas public relations and lobbying firm serving clients in several states. He has managed regional public affairs for Potlatch Corporation, held numerous public relations and communications posts within International Paper, and was a public relations manager for LTV Missiles and Electronics Group. He was founding editor and co-publisher of the Arkansas Business newsmagazine, and was communications director for U.S. Representative Ray Thornton.
Wagnon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Arkansas State University at Jonesboro. |
