Between 1996 and 2007, Diamond held a number of management positions with AT&T, most recently as Director of Media Relations for AT&T California, based in San Francisco. In this role, Diamond managed media relations efforts for the organization and also provided public affairs support for AT&T California’s External Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Legislative Affairs teams.

Diamond’s public relations experience also includes issues management, messaging, speech writing and strategic counseling. He also has an extensive background in employee communications and has managed the production of several corporate magazines.  His work has been recognized by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

Mr. Diamond also has experience in the financial services sector serving as an account representative for E.F. Hutton and Co. in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Diamond received his undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary in Virginia, and a Masters degree in public relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in Syracuse, N.Y.
