Sarah Harsh Kindelt, a Senior Vice President at VOX Global, is located on site at AT&T corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Her responsibilities include development, implementation and coordination of strategic public affairs messaging and campaigns. As part of her duties, Kindelt is responsible for coordinating messaging and issues management both within the public affairs organization and across the company's various business units. She also provides executive event and speech writing support.

Prior to her work with VOX, Kindelt served as a Center for California Studies Executive Fellow working in the executive office of California State Attorney General Bill Lockyer in Sacramento, California. Upon completion of her fellowship, she worked for the California Democratic Party, overseeing the California State Assembly direct mail program for the November 2002 election and the speaker program for the 2003 State Convention.
